Something not working, or a retailer you want covered? Write to REPLACE-ME@example.com and you will get a reply from a person.

Why does a product show as unavailable when the shop has it?

In Stock reads what each retailer publishes about its own catalogue. If their listing is out of date or a store has not reported its shelf, we can only show what they told us. Reporting it to us helps, because it tells us which retailers need a closer integration.

How does a Watchdog alert work?

Tap the bell on any result and In Stock keeps an eye on that product for you. When it becomes available, you get a notification. You can remove an alert at any time from the Watchlist tab.

Why does the app ask for my location?

Only to sort results by how near they are and to keep them in the right country. You can decline and the app still works — you simply lose the distance ordering.

How do I delete my data?

Clear your Watchlist, or delete the app. There is no account behind it, so nothing is left on our side. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Which retailers are covered?

Coverage grows as we add retailers. If yours is missing, tell us and it goes on the list.
